By purchasing and using our greeting cards (both electronic and mailed), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products

  • We provide greeting cards in two formats:

    • Electronic Cards (delivered digitally via email or download link).

    • Physical Cards (shipped by mail to the address you provide at checkout).

 

2. No Returns / No Refunds

  • Due to the personalized and perishable nature of greeting cards, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order is placed.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Order Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate recipient information, shipping addresses, and email addresses.

  • We are not responsible for undelivered cards due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your physical card arrives damaged or misprinted due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lillian@pennedtoperfection.com.

  • We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Delivery

  • Electronic cards are typically delivered instantly or within a few minutes. However, delivery time may vary due to email providers.

  • Mailed cards are shipped within 7 business days. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and location. We are not responsible for delays once the item is in transit.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, and written content are the property of Penned to Perfection.

  • Cards may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

 

7. Privacy

  • Customer information is used only to process and deliver your order. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

 

8. Agreement

By placing an order with Penned to Perfection, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
