Return/ Refund Policy

At Penned to Perfection, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to love what they receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

 

All Sales Are Final

 

Because our greeting cards and products are made in small batches (and many are produced to order), all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect em

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

 

To request a replacement, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@pennedtoperfection.com

Include the following:

 

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will send a replacement as quickly as possible.

 

Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. While Penned to Perfection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order.

 

Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 8 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be in production.
