  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

2. Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Please note: Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to postal service issues

       beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within  the United States.

  • International shipping may be available to select countries. Additional fees, duties, or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at: support@pennedtoperfection.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
